KMC Parent Teacher Conferences will be held October 26 (4:00-8:00 pm) and October 27 (7:30-11:30 am) in the KMC Commons/Gym. Please sign up for a time slot HERE for your family to meet with teachers.

Each time slot will be limited to 100 families, thereby restricting the number of people in the building. Parents will sign up for a time slot; no sign up is needed for individual teachers.

While in the building, parents will talk to whichever teachers are available at that time. We hope this system will accomplish our goal of using our time more effectively, allowing for easier planning for our parents, and keeping wait times down. The Spirit Store will also be open during conferences.

The time slots are based on an eight teacher schedule with approximately five minute conferences for each teacher, including move time. If you think you will need more than one hour to accomplish your conferences or if you have more than one student and need to see all eight teachers for each, please sign up for more than one slot.

If you would like to schedule a different time for a conference or schedule a virtual conference with a teacher, please contact the teacher directly.
