On Wednesday, February 25 and Friday, February 27, we will hold Parent Teacher Conferences in the KMC Commons/Gym. Conferences times are as follows:
Wednesday, February 25: 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm
Friday, February 27: 7:30 am - 11:30 am
On Wednesday, February 25, school will be in session, and conferences will follow. On Friday, February 27, students will not have classes. Students are encouraged, but not required, to attend conferences with their parents and teachers.
Parents are asked to sign up for a one hour time slot and each time slot will be limited to 100 families. Parents will not need to sign up for individual teachers. While in the building, parents will talk to whichever teachers are available at that time. We hope this system will accomplish our goal of using our time more effectively, allowing for easier planning for our parents, and keeping wait times down.
If you think you will need more than one hour to complete your conferences or if you have more than one student and need to see all eight teachers for each, please sign up for more than one time slot.

Report cards and class schedules will not be printed and handed out at conferences; they will be sent out before conferences begin via Document Delivery, using the parent email addresses listed in PowerSchool. KMC registrar, Nicole Spiers, will be available at conferences to help with any issues regarding Document Delivery.
