International Students
KMC does not have a dormitory, nor do we offer placement services for international students. We prefer to work with agencies and require that the agency have local representation. The agency is responsible for homestay vetting and selection as well as any compensation to the host family. A number of immunizations are required in Kansas schools. Please click HERE for more information on immunizations.
KMC operates on a semester system, with two semesters per school year. The first semester begins in August. We only accept international students for an August start date. We do not accept international students for a January start date.
Tuition for all international students is US $10,500, including book and technology fees, and an application and registration fee. This is an annual cost. Kapaun Mt. Carmel does not offer financial aid or scholarships of any kind.
To be considered for admission and for KMC to issue an I-20 visa request, the following items are required:
Student's transcript from their current school
English proficiency test results
Color copy of student’s passport
Date of birth
Home address in home country
Address where they will be staying in Wichita, KS, while attending KMC
To begin the application process, you may send documents to Dr. Michelle Olson at molson@kapaun.org.
