Volunteers needed with food preparation, babysitting, and clean up every Thursday evening between February 2, 2012 and May 17, 2012 Between 5:15pm and 7:45pm. Elks Training Center needs volunteers to help set up for their
Palette to Palate benefit auction on March 3 at
Drury Plaza Hotel Broadview (400 W. Douglas). They are
wanting volunteers to help any time from 10 a.m. to 3:30
p.m. that day to unload artwork, supplies and
decorations; wipe down and dry wine glasses; assist with
decorations; assemble sponsor signs; put centerpieces and sponsor
signs on all tables; prepare food tables with supplies; put out food
vendor signage; put bid sheets and pens on auction tables; place
artists’ statements by artwork, etc. Volunteers
should be at least 15 years old and should email to inform
coordinators Pauletta Raines at
