Tentative Schedule for the weekend:
 

Friday, July 13th

LOCATION 1: Indigo - Moon Bar (Above Indigo)
                        125 N Mosley, Wichita, KS
                         TIME: 7:00 – ?? PM

 FOOD: Will shop at Sam’s Club
                                        Burger (40 beef patties for $25, 16 buns for $3), = $50 + $15 = $65
                              Oscar Mayer hot dogs (30 for $5 for wiener, 16 for $3 for buns) = $15 + $15 = $30
                              Chips – Pretzels, Sun Chips, and Potato Chips (3 big bags for $15) = $15

                              Total for food/drink if 80 PP = $110

 DRINK:  Free beer via keg until it runs out (This will encourage people to come early and definitely come to the first night)

 ENTERTAINMENT: Moon bar DJ will be used

 ACCESSORIES: Wristbands for those to eat/drink keg for free

 ESTIMATED COST: No rental charge for facility and entertainment, $100 for 1 keg, $110 for food. = $210/80 = Will most likely be $3 pp.

 ***If we have extra money to spend, we will give drinks tickets

***We will have the back bar of moon bar closed off for us

***Indigo will provide signage free of charge (Think of what it will say)

Saturday, July 14th

LOCATION 2: Kapaun Mt. Carmel Commons (Need to confirm and get price count – near new gym)
                        TIME: 12:00 – 4:00 PM

 FOOD: Corporate Caters or KMC Cook (Sandwiches), Sugar Sisters Bakery Deserts (Kelli Sykes)

 DRINK: Can Beers/Water/Soda/Lemonade for kids

 ENTERTAINMENT: A kickball tournament at the KMC softball field, tour of KMC, and lunch in Commons. DJ (Michael Schmitz)

 ACCESSORIES: nametags (Corey Steven); Mini Yearbooks (Joan Pinnell—details TBA)

 ESTIMATED COST: No rental charge for location and use of facilities, depending on RSVP, will most likely be $15 pp.

 
Saturday Evening, July 14th
LOCATION 3:  Mike’s Wine Dive
                         TIME: 8:00 – 12:00 PM

 FOOD: Buffet or set meal by Mikes (Will be delicious, promise!)

Deserts possibly from Sugar Sisters

 DRINK: Depending on our food order, we may be able to do drink tickets. Will depend on cost. Will be cash bar. Water and iced tea will be provided.

 ENTERTAINMENT:

DJ (Michael Schmitz) or band (Chis Whitehead & John Pirtle); Must perform prior to 10 PM. Mikes’ Wine Dive DJ starts at 10 PM

If perform, they will go on patio.

Confession booth; Photography corner (aka prom photos—Mollie Wetta/Sarah Elliott)

Kapaun skirt and shirt (uniform skirts) – letter jackets,

-       hit up Wichita people to see if they can bring for reunion

-       mustache stickers for pictures

ESTIMATED COST: No rental charge for location and use of facilities, depending on RSVP, will most be $20 pp.

***Mike’s will still be open to other customers, but they will block off sections for our group and have the patio for us as well.
