We have reserved the Dates of May 31 and June 1 with Kapaun Mt. Carmel. This is the Saturday and Sunday after Memorial Day weekend.
Schedule for the weekend:
May 31 Friday:
Everyone on their own.
Meals and cash bar in the Hotel Lobby
May 31 Saturday:
8 am all meet in the Banquet Room at Hilton Garden Hotel
9 am Breakfast (Prepaid)
10 am Golfers split off
Others welcome to stay and visit
Noon Lunch (prepaid)
1 pm Stay and visit
5 pm All meet in Banquet Room--Cash Bar
6 pm Dinner (Prepaid)
7 pm Spouses split off to their Program (Prepaid)
Men's reunion program
11 pm Close down
June 1 Sunday:
Breakfast on your own
9 am Morning Mass for everyone at Kapaun Mt. Carmel
10 am Brunch at KMC (Prepaid)
Noon--Farewell til next time!
